   իջանել ի նաւէ‎ ― iǰanel i nawē ― to disembark, to go ashore, to land

   իջանել ի կառաց‎ ― iǰanel i kaṙacʿ ― to alight, to get out of a carriage

   իջանել յերիվարէ‎ ― iǰanel yerivarē ― to dismount or alight, to get off, to get down from a horse

   արտասուք զկարմրերփեան ծնօտիւքն իջանէին‎ ― artasukʿ zkarmrerpʿean cnōtiwkʿn iǰanēin ― the tears fell down his (or her) rosy cheeks
