   Tak się zdenerwował, że zwymyślał ją od dziwek.‎

   He got so angry that he called her a whore.

Usage notes

This verb can be treated either as a perfective or as an imperfective one. In the latter case, the perfective counterpact is nazwymyślać. The construction zwymyślać od + the insult in genitive is used to convey the particular insult used. The target of the insults is in accusative, but in colloquial speech it is sometimes put in dative.
