3. (intransitive) to remain silent

   Nem beszél. Csak hallgat. - She does not speak. She just keeps quiet.

4. (intransitive) to keep quiet about something (-ról/-ről)

   Csak hallgat az esetről - He is not talking about what happened.

5. (intransitive) to take somebody's advice, to listen to someone (-ra/-re)

   Nem hallgat rám. - He is not listening to me.
