Das bedeutet, dass eine solche Zuschreibung die Pornografie realisiert, bevor sie sie verwirft. Sie fällt ein Urteil, das an der Evidenz und das heißt der Existenz der Pornografie teilhat und an ihr konstitutiv mitwirkt.

     Ascribing something to pornography means necessarily to mark both - maintaining distance and being interested. That means, that such an ascription realizes the pornography before rejecting it. It makes a judgment, which participates in the evidence and that means the existence of the pornography and gets constitutively involved with it.
