• ვერ ‎(ver) is used as a negation adverb for certain verbs, and is never used as a negative answer. For a negative answer, use არა ‎(ara), which is used only in (negative) answers when answering questions, and as a negative interjection (indicating negation). არ ‎(ar) is the negating adverb for verbs form of არა ‎(ara).
