Usage notes

Unlike إِلَى ‎(ʾilā) and عَلَى ‎(ʿalā), this preposition never has the pronominal suffixes added to it: *حَتَّيَّ ‎(*ḥattayya), *حَتَّيْكَ ‎(*ḥattayka), etc. do not exist.^[1]
