     Se iu ruslingvano permesas al si apliki la saman procezon en Esperanto, li same prononcas afero, ofero, aŭ akcidento, okcidenta.

     If some russophone allows themself to apply the same process in Esperanto, they pronounce afero and ofero, or akcidento and okcidenta, the same way.
