Mexicanize ‎(third-person singular simple present Mexicanizes, present participle Mexicanizing, simple past and past participle Mexicanized)

1. (transitive) To make Mexican.

   Mexicanizing a recipe isn't as simple as covering it in peppers and guacamole!

2. (intransitive) To become Mexican.

   US businesses have met with mixed results in attempting to Mexicanize.
