三文判 (hiragana さんもんばん, romaji sanmonban)
Literally a three mon seal. A mon is a historical Japanese currency worth very little similar to a shilling or penny. -ban is the voiced form of 判 (han) and equivalent to 判子 (hanko, “seal”).
