     הַֽחָכְמָה תָּעֹז לֶחָכָם מֵֽעֲשָׂרָה שַׁלִּיטִים אֲשֶׁר הָיוּ בָּעִֽיר׃‎

     Wisdom makes one wise person more powerful than ten rulers in a city.
