     וַיְהִי הַמַּבּוּל אַרְבָּעִים יוֹם עַל־הָאָרֶץ וַיִּרְבּוּ הַמַּיִם וַיִּשְׂאוּ אֶת־הַתֵּבָה וַתָּרָם מֵעַל הָאָרֶץ׃‎

     vay'hí hamabúl 'arba'ím yóm 'al-ha'árets vayirbú hamáyim vayis'ú 'et-hatevá vatárom me'ál ha'árets.
     wayəhī hammabbūl ʾarbāʿīm yōm ʿal-hāʾā́reṣ wayyirbū hammáyim wayyiśəʾū ʾeṯ-hattēḇā wattā́rom mēʿal hāʾāreṣ.

     And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased, and bore up the ark, and it was lifted up above the earth.
